By rules of the condominium, visitors must pay (when NOT accompanied by an owner) the following values:

1. $196.000 COP for family group entrance fees.
2. $105.000 COP for the entrance of each car.

To authorize the entrance to the condominium and avoid delays, the tenant must send us a list with names and ID ofguests prior to the arrival date.

Visitors will have access tothe services and infrastructure of the condominium, such as the social center, restaurants, golf course, tennis courts*, gym, spa*, football and volleyball courts, billiards, ping-pong, etc.
Use of the lake for boats (you can also rent them at the administration).
* Some services with extra payment.

* Not rented to groups of students or minors.
* High noise level is not allowed in the condominium.
* Tenants must comply with the rules of behavior of the condominium, and assume on their own
any contravention.
